TRS PARTNERSHIPS
Our CEO, Bonnie, is a proud graduate of the Optitude Growth Academy, whom we happily support in their endeavors going forward. Much like adding an assistant to your team/company helps you to elevate and get to the next level in your business, so will the Optitude Growth Academy (a.k.a. OGA).  The OGA is a 6-month training program takes a cohort approach, which will pair like-minded Founders, Entrepreneurs and CEOs for virtual classroom sessions and small group workshops. Individuals will also keep a journal throughout the length of the program and meet 1:1 with a coach to keep them on track in applying and implementing the Inside Up Principle™.
Introducing BEACON! Bonnie, our CEO, is a Founding Member of this platform developed by The Admin Awards. Beacon unites and empowers growth-minded Administrative Professionals through community, elevated learning, and peer collaboration. Developed by The Admin Awards founders, Ben & Sunny Nunan, Beacon allows admins to solve complex problems, share ideas, and amplify their strategic value. TRS' CEO, Bonnie Schutz, actively supported Admin Awards from 2016-2022, serving as an Advisory Board member, Judge, Community Partner, and reaching the Leadership Award Finalist. In 2022, as President of the Board, she stepped down due to TRS's growth, continuing her support in hopes Admin Awards returns to Denver, CO.

Our CEO is a current member of The Dames. The Dames is a community connecting women running 6 , 7 & 8-figure businesses at laughter-filled events and in a global virtual membership community: link, level-up & LAUGH! The Dames are women who refuse to rob themselves of joy, or to continue to bite their tongues.
