1. A VA is a Virtual Assistant - A remote contractor that works from their home in support of entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders. 

2. Put simply, a VA saves you money! Aside from the fact they are not physically in your office, you do not have to pay for employee related expenses such as insurance, stock options, office space, office supplies, retirement accounts or paid days off. You pay for ACTUAL HOURS worked, not spent at the water cooler, eating lunch, taking breaks, chatting with coworkers, etc. 

3. Tandem Resource Solutions (TRS) is different from other agencies in that we are a "boutique-style" agency or a "mom & pop" style agency. While remaining within industry standard pricing guidelines, we, unlike "the big guys," do not charge exorbitant fees. Consider us like the Target between Walmart and Macy's. 

ADMINISTRATIVE RECRUITING

1. There are many BIG admin recruiting firms out there to choose from. If you want a more hands-on approach to recruiting your next admin role, we give you that. We meet face to face (in real life or via Zoom), every finalist for each position. We have an extensive history working as admins and the career choice is our passion. We love making connections and are uniquely qualified to match you well. Our fees are up to 35% less than larger firms and we have the same guarantees in place. 

2. Recruiting fees vary based on the role, the number of anticipated candidates, the speed at which the placement needs to be made, and the city of which the role will be worked. 

3. Yes, we guarantee our placements. If an admin does not "work out," for any reason, within a predetermined range of dates, we will refund our fees on a sliding scale, or, free of charge, recruit a new person. 

CONSULTING & MENTORING

1. We offer office operational setup consulting from our CEO, who's worked in, managed, and operated in many capacities during her career. We consult on the "types" of admins or non-revenue generating staff an employer needs and convey the value of each person in the betterment and growth of the company. 

2. Consulting pricing varies based on the length and depth (Scope) of the project and how much information is needed.
