VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE

1. A VA/VEA is a Virtual Assistant , or Virtual Executive Assistant - A remote contractor that works from their home in support of entrepreneurs, business owners and leaders. 

2. Put simply, a VA/VEA saves you money! Aside from the fact they are not physically in your office, you do not have to pay for employee related expenses such as insurance, stock options, office space, office supplies, retirement accounts or paid days off. You pay for ACTUAL HOURS worked, not spent at the water cooler, eating lunch, taking breaks, chatting with coworkers, etc. 

3. Tandem Resource Solutions (TRS) is different from other agencies in that we are a "boutique-style" agency or a "mom & pop" style agency. While remaining within industry standard pricing guidelines, we, unlike "the big guys," do not charge exorbitant fees. Consider us like the Target between Walmart and Macy's; economical for "most." 

VIRTUAL PERSONAL ASSISTANCE

1. How do you match VPAs to clients? We match on general location and proximity to the client. At the very least, in their same time zone. We procured an the "in-city" knowledge base for many large cities, from which the VPAs can identify in-town delivery services, learn more about the cities culture and sites, connect with local experts. 

2.  What is the cost difference for a VPA?

VPA fees vary based on the scope of work, the city, the economy, etc. But, they work for us! We track their time and pay their paychecks. We share best practices and research your city and it's services, demographics and any other pertinent info, to act as a knowledge bank for your VPA.  

Yes, we guarantee our VPA placements. If a  VPA does not "work out," for any reason, within a predetermined  date range , we will  match you with a new person at no charge to you.

PROJECT-ONLY  VAs

1. What is a Project VA?

TRS has VAs that are happier when they are heads down working on special projects (not requiring on-going support, rather one-off work like research, behind the scenes special projects, and any task that can be performed outside of regular business hours. These VAs are either side-hustlers, or supporting/raising children, caregivers for the elderly or choose to work outside of typical business hours. These days are results and deadline oriented, and get stuff done!  #thehustlers

CONSULTING & MENTORING

We offer office operational setup consulting from our CEO, who's worked in, managed, and operated in many capacities during her career. We consult on the "types" of admins or non-revenue generating staff an employer needs and convey the value of each person in the betterment and growth of the company.
