Libby was TRS' very first "VAM" - Virtual Account Manager. Her key function, is to provide exemplary customer service and account management for our booming list of clientele. She is the longest tenured VA on the in-tandem team, and has assisted our longest-term client. Libby supports clients and our VAs alike with a driven and enthusiastic approach, looking for efficiencies and in maintaining a fabulous long-lasting relationship. 

Libby has the much desired Type B personality - easy going, relaxed, and highly flexible, with a sprinkling of Type A - rigidly organized, highly conscientious and dedicated to time management. She specializes in administration, organization, data entry, Canva graphics, social media & in being a great accountability partner. Her clients lovingly coin her "the velvet hammer." She's a rapid task switcher with a proven history of assisting her clients with scheduling, reminders, processes & workflow efficiencies. Libby brings fresh ideas to the table, to save time & money. She holds her bachelors degree in Communications and has over 15 years of corporate experience with C-Level Executives, Partners, Attorneys and Directors at AM100 law firms. With her Big Law experience, she has an eye for seeing that final projects are accurate before they are released. She is the epitome of maintaining composure at all times. She understands the overwhelmed and tech-challenged entrepreneurs and that they require reliable, well-organized and deadline-driven support. Malissa is well versed in many online platforms and enjoys working with our VAs behind the scenes and with you, our current or future clients, on your account and projects. 

Malissa is a valuable addition to our VAM team. And as a VA she excels at Kajabi management, Podcast management, Launch management, Online Business Management, funnels & sales pages, course building, Pinterest management, tech support, digital marketing and collateral design. After growing up in NYC suburbs, Anthony pursued a Bachelors degree in Finance at Belmont University in Nashville, TN. He’s lived in Boston, MA with his fiancé and their dog for almost 3 years.

Currently, Anthony works both for TRS  as a VAM, and a Senior Analyst for a financial services firm where where he wears many hats and is learning new skills daily. With over 7 years experience in financial services, Anthony is an amazing addition to the VAM team at TRS. He is very detail oriented, organized, and analytical. Growing up, he was heavily involved in music and athletics, which allowed him to develop as a highly accountable team player with a go getter mentality.
